In the summer of 2018, our family decided to sell a vacant waterfront lot situated a few doors down from our cottage. We decided to try selling it privately since there was major boat traffic in the area and was the last vacant lot available for miles. Initially there was a lot of response but eventually the calls became less frequent. Terry had the listing next door to us and the new owner had taken possession a few months earlier. Over a few summer beverages the new owner had filled me in on how helpful Terry had been throughout the entire process and was even there to help with some of the after move in problems that new cottage owners may not be familiar with. After being introduced to Terry we decided to list with him in the hopes that we would get an offer before the end of the summer. Terry offered to clean the lot up a bit and make it a little more presentable. Within a week we had our first offer and by the end of the second week, the lot was sold for much more than I had listed for privately. I would recommend his services anytime for any property that you are considering to sell. I think you will find that he does more than your average realtor.

He worked for me 110% easing the transition of moving to a new community. He put his heart ad sole into helping me find a home that was right for me from start to finish. Shopping for a house out of town is extremely challenging. After independently going to open houses I quickly came to realize the new real-estate trend is listing houses at a low price to attract buyers in hopes they will get multiple offers to set off bidding wars. I needed help and I am fortunate I had my agent Terry to find the perfect home.
Terry went above and beyond tangibly looking at houses before sending me the listings not wasting my time as I was from out of town. He would then set up 3 or more viewings and there was always one I placed an offer on but as he told me many times “if you find one you really like you gotta be quick”. Without a doubt I knew Terry was out for my best interest gained my trust to the point I had him place an offer on a house without me even looking at it first. Once again with this new trend the offer was not accepted. Even with these huge challenges Terry would not give up.
Terry had recognized how discouraging this was getting for me and persevered to have me come and view more homes. Finally I found one I really liked! Terry went so far as to go to the selling real-estate agent’s office to write up the offer and submit it.
Terry knows how to handle the market out there to avoid these bidding wars, persisted to find the perfect suitable house that I now call Home.
